About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medication and monitor client health as needed.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Document client progress and communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Respect client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home care preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
