About the Role:
Join MISS KRYSTAL CARES LLC as a Lawn Maintenance Specialist in Battle Creek, MI! We are looking for passionate individuals to help maintain beautiful landscapes and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure pristine landscapes.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides according to safety guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct seasonal clean-ups, including leaf removal and debris clearing.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- MUST HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS
- Identify and report any pest or disease issues to management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
